Scott scores 24 in narrow defeat to Catamounts

Keyser, WV- In a closely contested game, CCBC Catonsville came up short against Potomac State, falling 75-72. Despite a strong performance by Karris Scott, who led the Cardinals with 24 points on 10-for-18 shooting, the team struggled to find their rhythm from beyond the arc, shooting just 15.4% (4-for-26).

Micah Morgan added 17 points and seven rebounds, while Lance Porter contributed 8 points and 5 boards. Off the bench, Cameron Sampson chipped in 12 points. Catonsville's defense forced 12 turnovers but couldn't overcome Potomac's late-game composure.

With this loss, CCBC Catonsville will look to regroup and improve their perimeter shooting as they prepare for their next matchup against Camden on January 4th.
