
Fitness Center
The air-conditioned fitness center is a room made up of a variety of equipment. Users have a wide variety of choices in equipment to utilize including ten treadmills, four steppers, eight ellipticals, bikes, rowers, Nautious equipment, a gravitron, a smith machine and free weights. The room is monitored during open hours so help is just a question away.
In addition to the aerobic weight training component,the fitness center also has a wide variety of free weights, dumbells and squat racks to provide intercollegiate athletes as well as the recreational fitness enthusiast the opportunity to incorporate different types of training. |

OPEN WORKOUT Fitness Center –
January 27 - May 18, 2025
Monday, Wednesday, Friday
11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Tuesday & Thursday
4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Student I.D. One Card required to attend any of the open workout sessions.
Weight Room – You must bring a towel.
Proper attire is required to use the weight room and equipment (tennis shoes and workout clothing)
