Welcome to CCBC Athletics! As an eligible member of CCBC athletics, you will have access to athletic training services provided by MedStar Health. ATs will cover all home contests, and most practices, in addition to injury evaluation & treatment, medical referrals, and short-term injury rehabilitation. The Athletic Trainers are located in Well- 009.

The first step to becoming medically eligible is to complete a healthy roster profile. Fill out the following form found here. Once the form is completed you will receive an email from healthy roster to the email you used in the form on how to finish setting up your profile. Once Profile is set up you will be able to fill out required forms along with download, fill out ( you and physican), and upload your completed medical paperwork packet to HR.

After completing your healthy roster profile the next step to becoming medically eligible to participate in team activities is to complete the full physical packet (PPE). You can start that process here.
