On Sunday, November 5th, the Cardinals played their last game in the CCBC Dundalk mixer against Mercer County Community College. Going into the game, the Cardinals started off their season 2-0 and hoped to stay on the right track.
Which they did, with an easy 84-63 win against Mercer. We saw two standout performances again from Murray Grant and Lance Porter. Grant had 22 points while going an impressive 4/7 from the three point land. Porter had a team high 23 points while having a very efficient day from the field. He went ¾ from the three and 8/11 overall from the field. We saw one more standout performance in Albright Obode. Coming off the bench, he put up a 14 point and 12 rebound double-double.
The Cardinals are off to a hot 3-0 start and look to continue that against Cape Fear Community College in the Tyrek Coger Classic. Look to Grant and Porter to continue leading this team this weekend.
