Jocelyn Fogle Powers the Cardinals to a Win over Chesapeake College
Wye Mills, MD – The Cardinals went on the road to defeat the Chesapeake College Skipjacks on Tuesday night. After a tough start to the season, Catonsville has won four straight games and five of their last six.
The Cardinals had multiple standout performers, but Jocelyn Fogle led the way. Fogle had another monster performance, finishing with 26 points and 16 rebounds. She was unstoppable on the offensive glass, grabbing 7 offensive rebounds.
Jayda Mayles also had a big game, finishing one rebound shy of a double-double. She recorded 17 points and nine rebounds, while shooting a solid 4-10 from three-point range.
Maleyah Bell also played a huge role in the win. Although she scored just three points, she made a huge impact with six rebounds and seven assists from the guard position.
With the win against Chesapeake, Catonsville brought their record to 7-12 on the season. Meanwhile, the Skipjacks fell to 8-10. The Cardinals head back on the road once again to take on Hagerstown Community College on Friday night.
