Bio

In two years, Keynaud Randolph has transformed himself into a college distance runner.
In high school, his PRs were 5:08 for 1 mile, 11:05 for 3200m and 19:23 for XC 5k. In his
freshman year at CCBC Catonsville, Keynaud earned Region 20 All-Region honors, qualifying
and competing at the NJCAA Cross Country Nationals running a PR 28:38 for 8K. In track,
Keynaud smashed all his previous PRs and learned a lot of about racing & training on the
track. His sophomore year for the Cardinals, Keynaud won the Goucher College Caslin Classic
8k, placed 2nd at the NJCAA Region 20 Championships leading his team to the title. At the
NJCAA XC Nationals, Keynaud scored an 8k PR of 27:51. Coach Pryor is confident that
Keynaud can be a key contributor on the NCAA D-I, D-II or NAIA level in XC and T&F.
