Bio
First time experience in cross country as a freshman here at
CCBC Catonsville has greatly helped his development as a
distance runner. Ran consistently in the Fall, helping the team
win their first NJCAA Region 20 team title in over 20 years. Ran
a career XC 8k PR at the NJCAA XC Nationals. Will be competing
primarilying in the 5,000m, 10k and Steeplechase in college. Ronak
needs to get stronger to drop his times in track.
HS Personal Bests: 800m (2:21.36), 1600m (6:16.13)
