Bio
Only competed for 2 years in high school track (11th & 12th
grades) competing in both long and triple jump. Contributed
heavily in the relays. Will focus on 200m/400m at CCBC
Catonsville. Ralph is a hard worker who had a great Fall
training season. Ran XC in November helping the Cardinals
win their first NJCAA Region 20 Championship in over 20 years.
Personal Best: Long Jump (17' 7"), Triple Jump (41' 11.25")
