CCBC Catonsville's baseball team dropped their second straight contest on Tuesday, falling to Seminole State College 6-4.
Catonsville jumped out to an early 2-0 lead, but a tough third inning saw the Raiders score four unanswered runs. Seminole State made it 6-2 with a two-run fifith inning, making it six unanswered runs. The Cardinals fought back, scoring twice in the top of the seventh before the Raiders escaped the inning.
Leading the way for the Cardinals was freshman second baseman Jaedan Kelly (Winter Park) who wen 3 for 4 with a double. Sophomore right fielder Trenton Snyder (Oak Park) hit his first home run of the season, while sophomore first baseman Nick Stergiou (Broadneck) went 2 for 3 with an RBI.
