Game 1: Cardinals 2 (9-5), Hawks 12 (9-12). WP- Dylan Bell (1-0). LP- Dan Delaney (0-1)

 

 

  • The Cardinals started off the game by scoring one RBI off a single by Carpio. In the bottom of the 1stinning the Hawks answered back by tying the game from a ground out. 1-1
  • In the 2nd inning the Hawks scored on a throw, 2 run double, and another ground out. 5-1 Hawks.
  • In the 3rd inning the Hawks hit a 2-run homerun. 7-1 Hawks.
  • The Cardinals scored their next and final run in the 4th inning off an RBI single. The Hawks matched them in the bottom of the inning from an RBI single. 8-2 Hawks.
  • In the 5th and 6th innings the Hawks scored 4 runs from a 2-run homerun, an error, and an RBI single. 12-2 Hawks.

  • In the 2nd inning the Cardinals scored one off a ground out and the Hawks scored an RBI from a sac fly. 3-1 Cardinals.
  • In the 3rd inning the Cardinals scored two RBIs from singles to increase their lead. 5-1 Cardinals.
  • In the 4th inning the Hawks hit a 2-run homerun. 5-3 Cardinals.
  • The Cardinals were the only team to score for the rest of the game and they hit an RBI single in the 5thand scored 3 more in the 6th off a passed ball, fly-out, and single. 9-3 Cardinals
