Honors: All-Region Division-II, Cross Country

Ryheim lost a year of competition in his very first collegiate year due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. Transitioned from sprints in high school to the middle-distance events. Played football in high school and ran track. Ran his first ever season of cross country (5.0 miles) in 2021 earning All-Region XX honors by placing 21^st in the Region XX Championships in October.  Will compete in the 800m event primarily but also test the waters in the 400m.
