Women’s Basketball gets Revenge on Union County College

Bel Air, MD- Two weeks ago, the Cardinals hosted Union County College and were defeated 78-52 on their home court. It was a different result on Saturday, as CCBC made sure this outcome was different and defeated Union 66-62 in their second and last game of the Harford Women's Classic. A huge 3rd quarter which the Cardinals outscored the Owls 21-10 was the boost they needed to get them the win.

Cache Waters was the leading scorer for Catonsville finishing the game with 18 points, and knocking down 10 of 11 from the free throw line. Tylea Galloway's stellar season continues as she added 15 points and tied for a game high with 9 rebounds. The defense was key in this one winning both the rebound and turnover battle.

This win brings the Cardinals record to an even 4-4 on the season. The team will be back in action on Friday, December 6th, as they travel to play Hostos Community College at 6PM.
