Bio

Slater is entering his 10th season as the Head Coach of the Lady Cardinals. He has achieved a very impressive resume, including a record of 275-94 (.745%), six Maryland JUCO Conference Championships, five Region XX Championships, and five trips to the NJCAA Tournament. 

Additionally, the Lady Cardinals have been nationally ranked in each of the past nine seasons.  The softball coaching staff was also recognized as the NFCA East Region Coaching Staff of the Year in 2008. Slater has been named Maryland JUCO Coach of the Year six times and CCBC Catonsville Coach of the Year three times.
