Cardinals Lose Tough Match Against Harcum

On Tuesday, September 26th, the CCBC Catonsville Cardinals traveled to Harcum College to face the 5-1-1 Bears. The Cardinals entered the match looking to break their losing streak and fight for a spot at the top of Region 20. Catonsville was the clear underdog in this matchup, as the Bears compete in a division higher than the Cardinals. With all seven goals being scored in the first half for Harcum, the Cardinals had their hands full in this one.

The Bears entered yesterday's game with a very impressive record in a competitive division. About 10 minutes into the contest, the Bears knocked their first goal in, and did not stop after that. Bears' Guillermo Avendańo totaled two goals and an assist in the match, while six different players were able to score the rest of the goals.
