Catonsville Stuns Howard 1-0

Catonsville, MD- After coming off a 3 game win-streak, men's soccer is more motivated than ever and brought the heat against conference rival Howard community college.

Friday evening's match-up was a nail-biter as Catonsville beat Howard 1-0. The two teams were just about evenly matched- having similar records and scores against opponents. The number of shots taken was low, but the intensity was high.

The lone goal of the game was scored late by Dario Campbell, and the double-assist was recorded by Iliass Zouita and Ronmel Alfaro.

With the regionals coming up shortly, the Cardinals are finishing their season strong. They have won 5 of their last 6 and are looking to solidify their spot as the 4th seed in the region. Their last two games will be away at Mercer and Allegany next week.
