Catonsville, MD- Tuesday's contest was nothing short of exciting. The Cardinals were coming off a tough loss, and they were ready to attack.
Ronmel Alfaro stunned yet again in the loss, scoring just over a minute into the game to give the Cardinals an early lead. Alfaro would go on to play an impressive game, attempting three more shots on goal. Catonsville remained aggressive as Abdoulaye Keita tacked on his second goal of the season with assistance from Keelan Fedison and Shishir Bishwokarma. Montgomery would come back with 4 unanswered goals, causing the Cardinals to fall to 2-2.
Travis Keith was excellent as goalie- he recorded 9 saves on the evening.
Although Catonsville fell, they recognize that this was their first conference game. The intensity has just begun.
