Cardinals Fall to Region 20 Leaders

CCBC Catonsville's men's basketball team came up short against Allegany College of Maryland on Saturday, falling 86-76.

Facing the current Region 20 leaders, the Cardinals played valiantly, even outscoring the Trojans in the second half. However, five Trojans players scored in double digits while the Cardinals struggled to respond. Despite the loss, the Cardinals remain in the top ten of Region 20.

Sophomore guard Jo-Nathan Kelly (Strawberry Mansion) led the Cardinals with 21 points. Sophomore forward Albright Obode (Plainfield) had 17 points and nine rebounds, while freshman guard Micah Morgan (West Nottingham) had 16 points, six rebounds, and eight assists.
