Cardinals Lose First Game Against Richard Bland

On Saturday, November 18th, the Catonsville Cardinals took on Richard Bland in the final game of the Randy Gregory Mixer. With a hot 6-0 start, the Cardinals looked to keep the ball rolling and reach 7-0 on the season.
However, Richard Bland had other plans. By a capitalizing off of a few quick turnover by the Cardinals, Richard Bland took the lead early, and managed to stay on top throughout the contest. With a score of 42-28 at the half, the Cardinals desperately needed to get their offense going.
The Cardinals closed the lead late in the second half to only seven points, but just could not find their way in front due to some costly turnovers and offensive possessions. Catonsville is now at a very impressive 6-1 record entering conference play on Tuesday, the 21st, at home against Frederick Community College.
