Big 2nd half leads the Cardinals to their first Victory

Catonsville, MD- In a hard fought game, the men's basketball team defeated Rowan College at Burlington by a score of 76-67. The Cardinals got off to a slow start and saw themselves go down 15-0 just a few minutes into the game. Some shots started to fall, but they still found themselves trailing 38-25 at halftime.

The 2nd half was a completely different story and the Cardinals made the proper adjustments to take control of the game. John McNeal led the way for Catonsville totaling 22 points as well as adding 5 rebounds.  Andre McFadden was a spark plug off the bench finishing with 17 points on the night, and making four three-pointers down the stretch. Micko Reeves' 15 points and 8 assists also played a large role in the comeback in which the Cardinals outscored Rowan 51-29 in the 2nd half.

The team showed great resilience in this game and started off the regular season on a good note. The Cardinals will be back in action on Saturday, November 9th as they host Potomac State at 5 PM and look to keep this momentum going.
