Catonsville, MD- Men's basketball wins their first game of the season against Howard Community College in style.
Tuesday night Catonsville hosted a tough opponent, Howard. The Cardinals were looking for their first win after starting off the season 0-8- a record that clearly doesn't reflect their talent. They delivered a fantastic game just barely squeaking by with a final score of 76-73.
Freshman guard Everette Coker led the team in points yet again with 22 on the evening, following behind him was Jordan Tucker (18) and Damon Moore (13). Coker and Tucker also lead in rebounds on the evening.
With the Thanksgiving break following, the Cardinals have a few extra days to prepare to host a conference rival- Chesapeake.
