Largo, MD – The CCBC Catonsville Cardinals swept the doubleheader against Prince George Community College. Scoring 15 in the first game and 16 in the second, runs were not hard to come by. There were only a combined 3 runs given up in both games
Game 1
In game 1, the Cardinals combined for 11 Hits including 6 Doubles and 1 HR. As a result of all these hits they scored 15 in the first game. Pitching was shut down in the game 1 win as A.J Palumbo and Joey Hurtado combined for 5.0 Innings, only giving up 2 runs and striking out 8 as the Cardinals took game 1 with a score of 15-2.

In game 2, the Cardinals were much more dominant. The offense was patient at the plate with 12 BBs.
